Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are seeking: **Objective**: Occupational Nursing strategies for identification and control of occupational risks for university staff, as well as support to other internal units of the University of Monterrey. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Employee care and follow-up. Management of the employee entry and periodic examination program, including collection of examinations. 2. Nursing assessment of new hires. Assessment and follow-up of employee disabilities. 3. Management of the Occupational Medicine Department’s schedule and calendar. Proficiency in PC and Office applications. Excel proficiency, data tables, and tracking of Occupational Medicine patients. 4. Care of the ESTOA UDEM Lactation Room; registration and follow-up of lactation room users. 5. Management of the Pregnancy Program and census. 6. Training on Breastfeeding and Lactation. Management of the Lactation Program and census. 7. Health Promotion: Implement health campaigns and training to foster prevention and healthy habits among UDEM employees. 8.
