Do you enjoy direct interaction with customers, teamwork, an extremely dynamic environment, conducting sales of our services, and creating unique experiences for clients who exercise with us? RESPONSIBILITIES * **1\. Customer Service: Greet customers upon arrival with a friendly attitude and always offer a smile,** answer questions and provide information about the studio’s services, as well as manage their needs. * 2\. Membership Management: Register new members, handle sign-ups and payments, and update customer information in the database. * 3\. Booking Management: Assist members in booking classes, personal training sessions, or other services offered by the studio. * 4\. Upload class schedules to the system and platforms. * 5\. Telephone Handling: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate departments. * 6\. Collections, cash handling, and point-of-sale terminals. * 7\. Ensure sufficient change is always available in the cash drawer. * 8\. Activity Coordination: Support the Manager and/or shift supervisor, and perform any tasks assigned by the Manager necessary for operations. * 9\. Management of cleat cycling shoes: organizing, cleaning, and distributing them. * 10\. Towel management: distribution, organization, and inventory. * 11\. Assist customers in joining classes, distributing equipment or amenities, helping adjust bicycles and cleat tennis shoes. * 12\. Support coworkers during periods of excessive demand. * 13\. Submit daily sales reports, branch inventories, cash reconciliations, platform reports, and attendance reports. * 14\. Prepare beverages and/or food in the Enórbita area, keeping the area clean and organized. * 15\. Conduct Enórbita inventories. * 16\. Restock missing supplies required for proper Enórbita service delivery.
