Job Summary: Responsible for general maintenance, including painting, water/gas repairs, gardening, water tank maintenance, and furniture repair. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive facility maintenance 2. Management of repairs and continuous improvements 3. Procurement of maintenance materials General maintenance includes: 1. Painting and wall repairs 2. Repair of water or gas leaks 3. Gardening 4. Maintenance and cleaning of water tanks and cisterns 5. Repair of wooden furniture 6. Constant inspection of all areas requiring maintenance 7.
