•Ensure the quality of maintenance tasks performed under responsibility, complying with Safety standards. •Perform minor repairs to correct failures or replace parts. •Prepare reports to specify equipment failures and corrections. •Carry out work orders for maintenance tasks on plant facilities: Cooling towers, pumping systems, mechanical and pneumatic conveyors. In various areas of the plant, Mixing House, Furnaces, Machines, Leak detectors, Tempering units, Cold Area, Basement, Mold Workshop, Decoration. Provide maintenance services to offices, Distribution Center and external locations, inspecting facilities to detect faults and recommend appropriate repairs. •Perform mechanical repair of equipment and/or machines. •Perform repairs to correct failures or replace parts. •Prepare reports to specify equipment failures and corrections. •Install and dismantle equipment. •Perform maintenance work on plant facilities: Cooling towers, pumping systems, mechanical and pneumatic conveyors, in various areas of the plant, Mixing House, Furnaces, Leak detectors, I.S. Machines, Basement, Tempering units. Provide maintenance services to offices, Distribution Center and external locations, inspecting facilities to detect faults and recommend appropriate repairs. •Select materials required for equipment and/or machine repairs and maintenance. •Rebuild damaged machines and/or equipment. •Inspect, examine and repair various installations and special piping systems used for distribution of different products, ensuring proper operation of shut-off valves and pipelines used for transporting potable water, wastewater, air, gas and oxygen. •Supervise construction and repair tasks of parts made from various materials using electric welding, oxyacetylene welding, or precision mechanical techniques.
