Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to provide logistical support for events, transport materials, set up and dismantle event spaces, and offer general administrative operational support. General operational support to administrative departments **We are looking for: General Services Assistant** **Location: Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX (Near Metro Cuatro Caminos)** **Requirements** * Minimum education level: Completed junior high school (high school diploma preferred). * Ability to **lift, move, and transport equipment and materials**. **Responsibilities** * Assist with logistics for events organized by Human Resources or other administrative departments. * Load, transport, arrange, and collect materials, furniture, or supplies required for events. * Retrieve necessary materials or supplies before, during, or after events. * Assist with setting up and dismantling spaces for internal activities. * Perform expense verifications related to events (basic data entry and tracking on computer). * Maintain basic inventory control of used materials. * Provide general operational support as requested by administrative departments. **We Offer** * Salary: $12,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * $1,000 food vouchers **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Fixed weekend rest: Saturday and Sunday)** Salary: Starting from $12,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * We are located near Metro Cuatro Caminos—how far would you be from this location? * Do you have experience in data entry?
