Our core pillar is the "People First" philosophy, enabling holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career path. *Join our Team!* ***Experience:*** * Not required; ideally 6 months in fruit selection and classification in plant settings, grinding assistants, and drum sealing. * Prior work experience in production environments complying with quality and food safety standards. ***Technical Knowledge:*** * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. * Plant hygiene and safety standards, safe food handling, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Identification of common fruit defects (ripeness, damage, blemishes, pests) and acceptance/rejection criteria. **Responsibilities:** * Select, inspect, and classify fruits on the production line according to quality specifications and plant standards. * Remove defective or contaminated fruit and segregate into designated containers, ensuring batch traceability. * Record relevant fruit characteristics and report incidents to the quality or line supervisor. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, disinfecting surfaces and tools per established procedures. * Comply with and promote safety standards, PPE usage, and lockout/tagout procedures where applicable. * Participate in continuous improvement activities and training related to quality and food safety. ***Competencies:*** * Attention to detail and focus on product quality. * Responsibility and commitment to safety and hygiene. * Teamwork and effective communication with operators and supervisors. * Ability to sustain consistent work pace and tolerance for plant conditions (temperature, noise). * Proactivity in identifying and reporting deviations or improvements. ***Education and Additional Requirements:*** * Completed secondary education; candidates with completed primary education and verifiable experience in fruit selection or production processes will also be considered. * Availability to rotate shifts on a 4-on/3-off schedule. * Work shift: 07:00 AM–07:00 PM and 07:00 PM–07:00 AM. ***Our Value Proposition:*** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding legal requirements.* *Growth and development opportunities within the company.* *Join our Team!*
