Transportes Urgentes is seeking a FIFTH WHEEL RECRUITER to support operational recruitment activities, including the following: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Actively recruit fifth wheel operators. * Publish job postings in specialized media and on social networks. * Conduct initial interviews and validate candidates' experience and documentation. * Manage and maintain personnel files. * Coordinate directly with the operations department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in operational recruitment processes within the freight transportation industry. * Knowledge of driver documentation (licenses, medical fitness certificates, references). * Proactivity. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM (remote work option available) ***We offer an income-based bonus.*** **LOCATION:** TRANSPORTES URGENTES Av.
