This position focuses on accompanying, stimulating, and caring for infants in the **Infant Room**, ensuring a safe, affectionate, and enriching learning environment for children and peace of mind for their families. **Main Responsibilities** Design and implement learning programs for infants, addressing areas such as: * Psychopedagogical development Early language Psychomotor skills Logical thinking 1. Plan and carry out daily educational activities to promote the comprehensive development of children. 2. Evaluate each baby's monthly progress and identify areas for improvement. 3. Provide feedback to parents regarding their children's development, answering questions and guiding home-based learning. 4. Ensure the well-being and safety of children: 5. Feeding (breakfast, lunch, snack, and milk feedings) 6. Hygiene 7. Naps 8. Maintain daily records in the Aldea app (mood, feeding, sleep, incidents). 9. Develop hygiene habits in children (hand washing, personal care). 10. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment within the classroom. 11. Participate in events, celebrations, and monthly evacuation drills. 12. Coordinate with assistant educators to ensure planned activities are carried out successfully. **Essential Requirements** Completed bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education. Knowledge in: Language development Fine and gross motor skills Sensory activities Cognitive development Basic technology use.
