Scheduling and appointment generation A leading company in the logistics sector is looking to hire an **Appointment Scheduler and Booking Coordinator**, and if you have experience in this field, are dynamic, and wish to grow and learn more about this expansive environment, we recommend applying. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**: * Review of files for release, customs entry forms (pedimentos), and bills of lading (BLs) (where applicable). * Review of complete files and scanning of documentation for terminal processing. * Knowledge of appointment scheduling across various terminals. * Customs entry forms (pedimentos) and submission of documents for cargo payment. * BL revalidation for payment purposes. * Review of mechanical documentation for proper classification. **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
