Administrative Functions and Responsibilities * Organize and archive physical and digital documents. * Control and track administrative and commercial files. * Assist in preparing administrative and operational reports. * Manage official email accounts and respond to internal requests. Data Entry * Enter and update information in systems, databases, or CRM. * Validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency of information. * Generate reports based on entered information. * Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of administered information. Commercial Assistance * Support in preparing and tracking quotations and proposals. * Follow up with current customers regarding order or service status. * Record commercial opportunities and activities in CRM. * Coordinate with internal departments (sales, billing, logistics). * Support billing processes and administrative follow-up of sales.
