**Job Objective** We are seeking a passionate **Data Analyst** who transforms information into business value strategies. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making both internally and for clients, using analytical tools, statistical models, and visualization solutions. **Responsibilities** * Collect and consolidate data from various internal and external sources. * Clean, validate, and preprocess information to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency. * Analyze data using analytical tools and statistical methods. * Design clear and actionable dashboards, reports, and visualizations. * Manage and structure databases to ensure availability and proper organization. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (operations, technology, sales, etc.) to identify analytical needs. * Design, build, and implement statistical and analytical models. * Develop predictive models to anticipate scenarios and support decision-making. * Propose data-driven solutions to address business challenges. * Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and technologies related to data analysis and business intelligence. * Participate in meetings, results presentations, and quality control activities. * Provide analytical services and generate insights for internal and external clients. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Strong command of SQL. * Experience with Python and/or R. * Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar. * Solid knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics. * Experience in database management and structuring. * Preferred experience in predictive modeling and basic machine learning. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Involvement in strategic and high-impact projects. * A collaborative and innovative work environment.
