We currently have an existing website, but we aim to further improve its design, functionality, speed, and user experience. We are looking for a creative, proactive individual with strong visual judgment to help elevate our website to a more professional, modern, and attractive level—without compromising technical quality. Position objective Enhance the website’s visual appearance, structure, speed, and functionality by supporting both design improvements and technical adjustments within WordPress. Key responsibilities * Improve the website’s visual design. * Propose changes to sections, images, layout, colors, buttons, and calls to action. * Optimize user experience on desktop and mobile devices. * Edit and enhance existing pages in WordPress. * Support website loading speed optimization. * Review plugins, basic configurations, and potential technical issues. * Assist in installing or improving appointment booking, scheduling, and payment systems. * Create or adapt graphical elements for the website. * Maintain visual consistency with the brand identity. * Suggest improvements to make the website clearer, more professional, and more functional. Requirements * Knowledge of WordPress. * Strong sense of visual design and composition. * Basic to intermediate web design skills. * Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. * Basic knowledge of plugins, forms, buttons, web integrations, and configurations. * Understanding of web optimization: loading speed, compressed images, lightweight structure, mobile performance. * Ability to propose ideas—not only follow instructions. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Desirable * Experience with Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, or other visual page builders. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. * Experience with basic SEO. * Familiarity with integrating scheduling, payment, or form systems. * Interest in digital marketing, branding, or design for clinics/wellness services.
