Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Contract and Supplier Manager **Conversational English mandatory** **Work location: offices in CDMX, Querétaro, Monterrey, or Guadalajara** Hybrid work model (3 days remote \- 2 days on-site) Mid-level position responsible for participating in supplier and contract control activities. **Requirements:** * Minimum **4 years of experience** * Develop a **global data and information analysis strategy and plan procurement services.** * Analyze market data, statistics, and key reports to **identify trends** and best practices. * **Coordinate necessary operational, process, structural, and reporting changes, and oversee the review of metrics and processes.** * Collaborate with **suppliers** and internal business units to consolidate information, address ad-hoc spending requests, generate program compliance control reports, product reports, and RFx analyses. * **Analyze RFx responses and prepare reports and charts representing cost savings or increases.** * Coordinate the preparation and analysis of **bidding packages and electronic auction events.** **We offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll-based employment scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family health insurance, life insurance of MXN 1 million, food vouchers, 30-day bonus, profit-sharing distribution)
