




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage inventory, inter-branch transfers, and provide administrative support using accounting systems and ERP software, under company supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory receipts, shipments, and inter-branch transfers. 2. Enters and tracks information in systems such as Microsip. 3. Assists in various administrative and accounting tasks. **Offered:** * Biweekly salary of $5,750.00 MXN * Statutory benefits after the training and onboarding period. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (candidate nearing graduation). * Experience: Recent graduate or 6 months in similar roles. * Skills: Proficiency with computer equipment and Microsoft Office suite. * Desired: Experience with accounting systems, Microsip, or ERP software. * Availability to comply with working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–20:00 (including lunch break). **Responsibilities:** * Records inventory receipts and shipments, controls inter-branch transfers, enters and tracks data in the Microsip system, and performs other tasks assigned by the company director. **Work Location: Centro neighborhood, Oaxaca de Juárez.** Salary: $11,500.00 MXN per month Application Question(s): * What is your residential area and how long would your commute to the work location take? * What is your experience in administrative tasks?
