BARTENDER – NEW BRANCH, BEER HUB GROUP Granada / Miguel Hidalgo area (near Polanco) We are about to open a new branch in the Granada–Miguel Hidalgo area and are seeking Bartenders with technical skill, speed, and an authentic service attitude. If you enjoy crafting drinks, maintaining pace, and working with precision, this opportunity is for you. THE CHALLENGE (Role Purpose) Ensure fast and consistent bar service by preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining order, and collaborating with the team in a high-traffic environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare cocktails, spirits, and house beverages following recipes and standards. * Serve guests at the bar with clear, professional service. * Keep your station fully stocked and clean throughout your shift. * Conduct daily inventory control, stock rotation, and restocking. * Set up and break down the bar according to your assigned shift. * Support during peak hours to maintain steady workflow. * Comply with hygiene, responsible service, and safety regulations. WHAT WE REQUIRE * Prior experience as a Bartender or bar assistant. * Knowledge of classic cocktails and standard beverages. * Speed, organization, and focus on quality. * Service-oriented attitude and clear communication. * Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
