You will be key in ensuring transparency, financial control, and compliance with tax obligations, directly contributing to strategic decision-making within the Administration and Finance department. **Key Responsibilities** As an Accounting Analyst, your main responsibilities will focus on: * **General Accounting and Closings:** Record, review, and classify **accounting entries** (income, expenses, journal, and payroll). * Actively support **monthly and annual accounting closings**. * **Reconciliations and Analysis:** Perform **bank and balance sheet account reconciliations**, ensuring record accuracy. * **Tax Compliance:** Calculate and file essential tax returns (**VAT, Income Tax, DIOT**). * **Invoicing and Documentation:** Manage and review **electronic invoicing (CFDI 4\.0\)**, credit notes, and validate documentation according to SAT regulations. * **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and analyze **financial statements** and management reports for leadership and management teams. * **Control and Optimization:** Support audits, account clean-up, **budget tracking**, and participate in optimizing accounting processes. **What We Look For in You?
