VERKKOM LEOR DUE TO GROWTH WE ARE HIRING STAFF FOR THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND NETWORKS AREA ANY GENDER SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE General Objective of the Position Provide efficient and specialized technical support for the company's network infrastructure, ensuring continuous operation of telecommunications services offered, handling incidents and actively collaborating in the improvement, expansion and maintenance of the network. Functions and Responsibilities * Handle technical reports from residential and business clients (level 1 and 2\). * Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, speed problems, interference, fiber cuts or equipment failures. * Configure and maintain network devices (routers, ONUs, switches, antennas, etc.). * Monitor network traffic and performance of links and towers (using tools such as The Dude, MikroTik, among others). * Support critical or high-complexity installations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the field. * Update and document network diagrams, inventories and coverage maps. * Collaborate with the engineering department on infrastructure expansion and improvement projects. * Participate in creating technical procedures and troubleshooting manuals. * Propose process improvements to reduce recurring failures and response times. * Provide second-level support to the operational support or customer service team. Job Requirements Education: • Technical degree or engineering in telecommunications, systems, electronics, networking or related fields. Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or installation/networks within companies. Technical Knowledge: * Connectivity and configuration of MikroTik, Ubiquiti, ONU, OLT equipment. * Protocols: PPPoE, VLAN, NAT, basic routing, switching. * Diagnosis using tools such as Winbox, Telnet, Ping, Traceroute. * Structured cabling and fiber optics (splicing and joining desirable). * Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and network topology. Skills: * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Organization and documentation. * Technical decision-making under pressure.
