





Customer service * **Reception and welcome:** Receive players and visitors, provide information about club services, schedules, and promotions. * **Digital support:** Respond to messages on WhatsApp Business, emails, and handle customer requests. * **Issue resolution:** Assist customers with any questions or problems that arise at the facilities. Reservation and appointment management * **Court reservations:** Answer calls, manage reservation requests, and confirm appointments in the club's system. * **Sale of classes and activities:** Follow up on reservations and sales of classes, training sessions, and other club activities. ProShop management * **Product sales:** Sell paddles, balls, sportswear, and accessories. * **Inventory management:** Keep the store area organized, clean, and maintain updated inventory records. * **Cash handling:** Process payments and generate receipts or invoices when necessary. Administrative and support tasks * **General support:** Collaborate with other departments to perform maintenance, cleaning, and organization tasks at the club. * **Coordination:** Assist in organizing tournaments, leagues, and other events. * **Maintaining order:** Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable.
