Experience: 1 year in first and second level customer support related to telecommunications, computer science, satellite links, and telephony. SPECIFIC REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Satellite communication. Radiofrequency. Measurement equipment. Configuration. Telephony. Switches. Satellite platforms. CISCO. Networks (VPN, topologies, structured cabling). RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling incidents according to internal procedures (support via chat, email, and phone calls). Assigning TT (tickets) using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. Network monitoring. Monitoring networks using PRGT, HostMonitor, VoIpMonitor, and Meraki platform tools. Resolving incidents with the support of Imonitor, Total NMS Gilat, PRTG, VoIPMonitor, and Meraki platform tools.
