Maintaining and growing deposit account balances **AFFILIATION ADVISOR** **Job Objective** Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to build long-term relationships. **Key Responsibilities** * Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products and services, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a loan. * Ensure the proper implementation and execution of deposit mobilization, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. * Open deposit accounts with initial balances and grow existing customer balances. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Conduct promotional outreach highlighting the benefits of applying for a loan (NOT performed daily and requires only 1–2 hours). * Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. **Requirements** * Strong verbal communication skills. * Enthusiasm for customer interaction. * Goal- and objective-oriented mindset. * Experience in customer prospecting activities. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. **Value Proposition** * Fixed weekly salary starting at: $2,000. * Uncapped weekly commissions. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, 15-day Christmas bonus per year—increasing with seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off.
