Professional growth and development within a global organization **Wind O\&M Technician** At RES, a global leader in renewable energy solutions, we are seeking a Wind O\&M Technician to join our Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the proper execution of preventive and corrective operation and maintenance activities at assigned wind farms or facilities, guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operational performance standards. **Key Responsibilities** •    Lead / manage / support the execution of preventive and corrective operation and maintenance tasks at the assigned wind farm or facility, minimizing downtime. •    Design, implement, and optimize incident response, fault diagnostics, and proposal/participation in operational and safety improvements. •    Ensure compliance with corporate policies, KPIs, SLAs, and applicable regulatory standards. •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, HSE/Safety, Quality, and Clients. •    Provide technical, operational, and strategic support for ongoing and new projects. •    Monitor performance metrics and prepare executive-level reports and analyses. •    Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives. •    Support the integration, implementation, or transition of maintenance management systems **Mandatory Profile** * University degree or technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering, or Technical/Vocational Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in engineering-related fields, or equivalent relevant experience. * Minimum 1 year of experience in wind farm operation and maintenance. * Strong experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair, incident reporting, schedule adherence, and use/loading of work orders in GMAO/CMMS. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. **What We Offer** * The opportunity to work on global renewable energy projects with real impact. * A technically challenging, collaborative, and safety-focused environment. * Professional growth and development within a global organization. * Competitive compensation and benefits.
