A collections agency with 5 years of experience in the Credit Portfolio Recovery market is seeking: "Telephone Collections Advisor" We are looking for individuals with negotiation skills for recovering early, mature, and written-off overdue portfolios. What will you do? \- Make calls to remind clients of payment commitments \- Negotiate with delinquent clients and establish payment agreements \- Conduct daily follow-up on assigned accounts \- Offer negotiation options and verify that agreed terms are fulfilled within the scheduled timeframes.
