Madero, Monday to Friday** What You’ll Do in This Role? * Manage accounts via telephone to establish effective payment agreements * Negotiate and follow up promptly on agreed commitments * Accurately record information and agreements in the system * Meet weekly and monthly recovery targets * Deliver professional, clear, and respectful service in every interaction Who We’re Looking For * Completed high school education (Bachillerato) * Experience in collections management * Ability to negotiate and handle objections * Basic computer skills * Proactive attitude and results orientation At CMonit, we value commitment, discipline, and the ability to deliver results.
