Description

We are looking for a **responsible, organized, and results-oriented Supervisor**, passionate about teamwork and continuous improvement. You will be in charge of **leading and overseeing the operations of multiple stores**, ensuring each meets service, organization, inventory, and sales standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily operations of assigned stores. * Coordinate the team of staff members (team leaders, sales associates, and stock clerks). * Ensure friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service. * Supervise inventory, product placement, cleanliness, and labeling. * Verify store opening, closing, and cash register reconciliation. * Comply with and enforce company policies and standards. * Motivate and train staff to maintain a positive and productive attitude. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience as a store manager or supervisor** in grocery stores, supermarkets, or retail. * Knowledge of **inventory management, cash handling, cash audits, and customer service**. * **Ability to lead teams** and resolve operational conflicts. * **Completed high school diploma or technical degree** (a bachelor’s degree—either incomplete or completed—is preferred). * Availability for **rotating shifts** and weekends. * Residence near **Ixtapaluca**. **We offer:** * Competitive base salary \+ performance-based bonuses. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training and development opportunities. * Job stability and an excellent work environment. * A paid day off on your birthday.
