We seek unstoppable enthusiasts to join our Store Sub-Management Training Program, where you can develop your potential to assume positions with greater responsibility and gain experience leading large workgroups, expertise in financial analysis, and decision-making skills to improve the profitability of your assigned business unit. **LOCATION:** MÉRIDA, YUCATÁN **(Full willingness to relocate in the near future is required)** What will you do? * Achieve sales budgets * Generate profitability for your assigned business unit * Manage and interpret financial and operational indicators for decision-making * Implement and execute operational processes * Inventory control * Direct customer service * Lead large workgroups within your assigned store or club; on average, you will supervise between 50 and 70 people, including department heads, assistant department heads, floor assistants, and promoters.
