### **Job Title** Sr. Project Manager ### **Job Description** The Project Manager will be responsible for leading implementation projects of RIS and PACS solutions, ensuring that each initiative contributes to the purpose of improving patient care and experience through technological innovation. Your mission is to carry out projects that not only meet technical and operational objectives but also reflect Philips' vision of creating a healthier and more connected future. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, control, and coordinate projects from inception to handover to support. * Ensure clear scope definition from the beginning, continuous monitoring, and successful project completion, achieving all objectives. * Serve as the primary point of contact between Philips and the client, ensuring clear, timely, and results-oriented communication. * High level of commitment, sense of urgency, knowledge of information technologies, and preferably, knowledge of radiology. **Required Profile** * Completed university degree in Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 8 years of experience leading information technology or radiology projects. * Proven knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Prince2 or equivalents). * Experience in managing schedules, budgets, risks, and multidisciplinary teams. * Prior experience in Hospital Information Systems projects (RIS / PACS) will be considered an advantage. * Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking). **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
