Service Engineer
Ensure the proper operation, diagnosis, and repair of medical equipment through timely, safe, and high-quality technical services, guaranteeing operational continuity for customers and compliance with company service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Service:
Diagnose malfunctions in medical equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Carry out on-site (field) or workshop repairs
Install and commission equipment
Management and Control:
Prepare technical service reports
Document diagnoses and applied solutions
Follow up on pending services
Manage and track assigned tools and spare parts
Customer Service:
Provide professional and clear customer service
Explain malfunctions and solutions to customers
Ensure service satisfaction
Appropriate attire
Comply with safety protocols
Handle delicate equipment properly
Report risks or incidents
Experience: 2 to 5 years
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Medical equipment maintenance
Technical diagnosis and repair
Field-based customer service
Desirable experience in: High-specialty medical equipment
External technical service (on-site)
