This role is critical to ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and supporting the company’s commercial growth.* **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for opening and closing the location according to scheduled hours. * Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, providing detailed information about our products and services. * Prepare accurate and timely quotations, generate sales orders, and manage the invoicing process. * Record and keep sales information up to date in our management system. * Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for management. * Manage the petty cash fund responsibly and properly document all expenditures. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. * Actively prospect new business opportunities through effective calls and communications. * Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and improve customer service processes. **Candidate Profile:** * Prior experience in sales and customer service, preferably in commerce or service-related sectors. * Strong communication skills and ability to build solid interpersonal relationships. * Customer-service orientation and effective problem-solving ability. * Organized, with multitasking capabilities and ability to meet established deadlines. * Proactive and results-oriented, capable of working independently and making effective decisions. * Basic knowledge of management software and proficiency with technological tools. * Positive, charismatic, and extroverted attitude, with adaptability to diverse situations. * Availability to operate the location solo during certain periods and receive occasional support.
