Job Summary: Supervises and manages inventory, sales, staff, and physical assets, while also providing customer service and performing store opening and closing procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive inventory management and merchandise control. 2. Staff supervision and physical asset administration. 3. Customer service and sales registration in the ERP system. Maintains store inventory control. Monitors product inflows and outflows. Inflows: upon receiving goods from suppliers. Outflows: when goods are dispatched to customers. Opens and closes the store at varying times due to the start and end of the external route. Availability during required hours and proximity to the store location are required. Follows standard store operating hours, plus additional opening and closing times due to the external route. Enters sales data into the ERP system. Controls and administers physical assets until delivery and safekeeping. Assigns, monitors, and supervises activities of subordinate staff. Participates in merchandise arrangement, loading, and unloading. In-store sales and customer service. Other duties as may arise during the performance of assigned responsibilities.
