SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary: Provide floor-level operational support for sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service to achieve store performance indicators and goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in achieving operational and commercial performance indicators. 2. Arrange merchandise and execute planograms. 3. Provide excellent customer service and close sales. Provide floor-level operational support in stores by executing operational processes related to sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet the assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in delivery trucks, adhering to applicable merchandise arrangement guidelines. * Execute accurate planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper facing and labeling to classify merchandise and participate in opening and closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure correct merchandise arrangement and store presentation. * Deliver customer service by clarifying questions regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing, thereby providing exceptional service reflected in point-of-sale sales closures; also handle customer phone calls to address inquiries about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions using cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with the store’s cash handling policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction completion. * High school diploma completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
