DE C.V. in La Joya Ixtacala \- Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** **About the company** We aim to meet our customers’ needs by offering products and services that exceed their expectations, generating value for the organization and developing our team members. **Job requirements** * Education: High school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Availability of time * Prior experience working at an automotive agency is desirable * Proficiency in Excel **Job responsibilities** * Provide personalized and appropriate customer service, including taking messages and/or routing them to the relevant staff member or department. * Operate the switchboard as a work tool to connect calls to salespeople outside the office who need to be located by customers, or to route calls within the agency. * Ensure the showroom is maintained in optimal condition for receiving customers (waiting area, cafeteria, restrooms, etc.). * Administer customer satisfaction surveys and any other surveys required by the plant, generating useful and valuable information for various controls, measurements, and continuous brand improvement. * Manage cafeteria inventory * Provide cafeteria service to customers while they wait to be served, delivering personalized attention. * Support and contribute to all activities inherent to the department to achieve departmental, dealership, corporate, and plant objectives, as well as all activities derived from Plant Certification. **Compensation and additional benefits** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM **Desired education level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Administrative / Secretarial **Industry:** Automotive **Skills:** * Customer service * Administrative tasks * Willingness to assist *This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=68f927663f00003300599e5a\&source\=indeed*
