**\*\*Position Objective:\*\*** Support the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction and finishing projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality standards, and effective communication among suppliers, clients, and Kala’s internal team. **\*\*Academic Qualifications:\*\*** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (recent graduate or with up to 1 year of experience). Knowledge of site management, costs, and budgeting is desirable. **\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*** · Support project planning and progress tracking. · Prepare and update schedules and progress reports. · Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure execution according to plan. · Support supplier management and delivery control. · Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. · Follow up on estimates. · Attend coordination meetings and prepare minutes. · Assist in collecting and sending samples from field sites. **\*\*Competencies and Skills:\*\*** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively. * Analytical/mathematical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Ability to track and manage multiple tasks. * Proactivity and willingness to learn technical and administrative processes. **\*\*Desired Technical Knowledge:\*\*** * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * MS Project or similar construction scheduling tools. * AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. * Ability to read drawings and technical specifications. * Basic understanding of costs, budgets, and site management. * Intermediate English (desirable). **\*\*Position Conditions:\*\*** * Position: Project Manager Jr. * Employment type: Full-time. * Location: CDMX (Santa Fe office), with possible site visits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Work modality: Hybrid (office and field). * Salary range: Competitive, based on profile and performance. * Growth opportunity: Potential promotion to Senior Project Manager in the medium term. **\*\*Ideal Profile:\*\*** A recent graduate interested in project and architectural finishing management, motivated to grow within a dynamic company handling national and international projects.
