Join us as a **Project Assistant** to conduct metrics analysis and design business presentations on achieved results and objectives for our most important customers. *We are looking for:* **1\)** Experience as a commercial assistant and/or involvement in the entire customer service process. **2\)** Experience as a general management assistant handling invoice tracking and accounts payable. **3\)** Experience as an administrative assistant managing Excel databases, pivot tables, filters, and generating weekly and monthly expense reports. **4\)** Attention to key customers. *Your Qualifications:* **a)** Education: International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **b)** Advanced Excel proficiency **c)** Intermediate English **d)** One year of experience in similar positions. *Responsibilities:* * Managing the installed customer base. * Understanding and engaging in the full customer service lifecycle. * Attending customer meetings to support deal closures. * Preparing and delivering reports and presentations to external and internal customers to communicate achieved results. * Analyzing data to align with proposals. *We Offer:* * Salary: MXN 15k\-17k gross per month plus performance bonuses. * Statutory benefits and enhanced benefits upon completion of probation period. * Career growth within the organization based on performance. * On-site work at Reforma, near the Angel of Independence monument.
