Implementation and supervision of business projects HSBC Mexico offers career development opportunities for individuals with an excellent service attitude, customer interaction skills, passion for sales, and vision to grow professionally in the Commercial area as a Service Executive. **Primary Responsibility.** Responsible for implementing and supervising efforts across various business and operational areas to develop regulatory and business projects, thereby achieving stated objectives and targets set by the Group and Wealth Management. **Requirements.** * Bachelor's degree in Economics/Administration or Finance (in progress or completed) or completed high school diploma. * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and/or client support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to operate workplace equipment. * Knowledge of project management. **Skills.** * Customer orientation. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Teamwork. * Results-oriented / Problem-solving. * Adaptability to change. * Analytical and synthetic thinking.
