




Job Summary: This position seeks a professional experienced in payroll calculation and personnel administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance in payments. Key Highlights: 1. Management of legal regulations and payroll software Payroll Executive * **Location:** CDMX, Cuajimalpa De Morelos, Vasco de Quiroga * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Days Off:** Saturday and Sunday * **Monthly Salary:** $17,000 net * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) **GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION** Ensure that payroll calculations, final settlements, and liquidations are completed on time for client employee payments; ensure timely billing for client submission and payment; perform tax stamping (timbrado) of each payroll on agreed dates; and deliver payroll accumulations to the corresponding department on time and in full compliance. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administration of payroll calculation for all types (incidents, accounts receivable, invoicing, Fonacot/Infonavit, taxes, tax stamping, accumulations, and reports). * Requesting invoices via AP FACTURA. * Requesting submission of social security movement records to the relevant department. * Requesting submission of payroll layouts to the Treasury department or to clients in case of payroll processing, via AP FACTURA or Sicoss software. * Requesting bank account setup to the Treasury department. * Delivery of deliverables to clients, including monthly payroll accumulations, biweekly or weekly payroll calculations, and accounting vouchers. * Performing preliminary tax stamping (timbrado) procedures prior to issuing fiscal receipts to SAT. * Submission of tax stamps (timbres) for workers under various schemes (productivity, union, assimilated). * Drafting individual employment contracts and employee files. * Managing INFONAVIT\-FONACOT amortization deductions control (reconciliation vs. payroll). * Collecting payment for each invoice issued to the client. * Providing courteous support to employees (payroll clarifications, delivery of cards (vouchers/payroll), checks, SIT, printing of contracts and renewals). * Client support (calendars, delivery of attendance slips/formats authorized for hiring, cash delivery (spiff payment) if applicable, incident reporting). **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration. * Basic/Intermediate English **EXPERIENCE** * 1–2 years executing the full payroll calculation and personnel administration process. * Experience interacting with major clients. **KNOWLEDGE** * Knowledge of legal regulations (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, Social Security Law, Income Tax Law). * Payroll calculations * Proficiency with computer tools and payroll software **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION** * Attention to Detail. * Time Management. * Problem Solving. * Effective Communication. * Analytical Ability. * Confidentiality. * Customer Focus and Service Orientation. * Working Under Pressure.
