Strong communication and customer service skills are key Keyrenter Chattanooga is looking for a detail\-oriented Maintenance Coordinator for our property management company to oversee service requests, vendor scheduling, and maintenance operations across our rental portfolio. This role is essential to ensuring timely repairs, strong communication, and high satisfaction for both tenants and property owners. We are based in the US and currently have a great local team as well as a remote team based in Mexico. * *This is a fully remote position requiring reliable computer and phone access for independent work.* * *Please submit your resume in both English and Spanish to be considered.* * *This role requires fluent English proficiency (spoken and written) for tenant communications, documentation, and team collaboration.* **What You’ll Do** * Manage incoming maintenance requests and ensure timely scheduling * Coordinate repairs, estimates, and property access with tenants and vendors * Communicate updates with tenants, owners, and internal team * Track and follow up on open and overdue work orders * Review invoices for accuracy and prepare for processing * Coordinate appliance replacements, including research, ordering, and installation * Handle home warranty claims and vendor payments * Maintain accurate records in AppFolio and support vendor onboarding **What We’re Looking For** * Strong communication and customer service skills * Highly organized with strong time management * Problem\-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks * Detail\-oriented and proactive **Preferred Qualifications** * 2–3 years of property management or maintenance coordination experience * Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software **How Success Is Measured** * Timely completion of work orders * Reduction in overdue or unscheduled maintenance requests * Accuracy and timeliness of invoicing * Tenant and owner satisfaction Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: From $20,874\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
