Basic knowledge in plumbing, electricity, masonry, and painting **We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to work at a residential complex** **MORNING SHIFT** **Must meet the following requirements:** **Requirements** * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, masonry, drywall, and painting. Ability to work under pressure. Customer service skills. * Education: Minimum completed junior high school. **Responsibilities:** * Inspections of residential facilities. * General preventive and corrective maintenance * Timely and professional customer service **Employment Offer** * Schedule: 7 AM to 4 PM / rotating weekend breaks * Base salary: $10,000 MXN monthly * $2,000 MXN grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, Sunday premium) * Work location: Lomas de Chamizal, Cuajimalpa Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
