IMPORTANT COMPANY SEEKING DUE TO GROWTH LABOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY **Position Requirements** * Education: University degree in Law. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in labor law. * Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective conflict resolution capabilities. **Position Responsibilities** * Represent our clients in labor litigation before competent authorities. * Conduct legal analysis of labor cases and develop legal strategies. * Advise our clients on labor-related matters and provide effective legal solutions. * Execution of conciliation agreements before the Conciliation Center. * Drafting of labor claims, responses, counter-replies, evidentiary hearings, and attendance at preliminary and statutory hearings. * Negotiations regarding employment terminations.
