Proposing new projects to innovate corporate research **Job Description** ---------------------- Conduct corporate research by analyzing data, processes, and interviews to provide key insights that guide decision-making. * Data, process, and control analysis. * Conducting interviews. * Preparation of executive reports and presentations. * Presenting conclusions to Liverpool’s executive staff. * Proposing new projects to help innovate corporate research We offer a hybrid work schedule: part of your day will be spent at the QUAD Corporate Office (Santa Fe), and the afternoon remotely: Monday to Thursday: Corporate office from 7:00 to 13:00 hrs. / Remote work from 16:00 to 18:00 hrs. / Friday from 7:00 to 13:00 hrs. Transportation assistance is available (subject to availability).**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Social Work, or Criminology * Willingness and ability to travel. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Knowledge of and experience applying interview techniques. * Familiarity with research tools. * Knowledge of non-confrontational interviewing. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Google Suite. * Ability to drive an automatic vehicle (Class A driver’s license) **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira To apply, you only need the following: 1\.
