Responsibilities * **Ensure continuous operation**: maintain installations in optimal condition, ensuring all systems function correctly. * **Direct maintenance**: perform maintenance and repair tasks on equipment. * **Customer support**: effectively resolve technical inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in our services. Technical Profile * **University Technical Degree** in Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering * Technological skills: intermediate level in Office Suite * Technical experience: minimum 2 years in installation and maintenance of networks, electrical infrastructure, and access control equipment * Practical knowledge of electronic components such as Raspberry Pi, camera systems, and security devices * Desirable experience in work related to closed-circuit camera systems / Climate control equipment * Experience in installation and maintenance of circuits and structured cabling. * Competent use of drill, screwdrivers, pliers, and multimeter. * Knowledge in cable and conduit installation and organization. * Technical insight to efficiently identify and solve problems. * Collaboration with different teams and good communication for project coordination.
