At Kuehne\+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse—it helps shape the flow of global trade. ‎ Manage the proper implementation of global and national QSHE EHS standards; implement a standardized management system to ensure legal compliance regarding EHS; and collaborate on designing and implementing EHS management required across the Business’s functional areas. **How you create impact** Monitor and manage the execution of strategic plans to achieve S\&H Global’s established targets. Collaborate (with NQ\-H) on managing S\&H and EHS regulatory requirements for all KN Mexico BU customers. Monitor country-level KPIs (related to S\&H and EHS regulatory compliance) to meet KN Mexico’s established targets. Manage the implementation of S\&H guidelines (standards) across all applicable BUs. Monitor ongoing EHS legal compliance (via established digital tools) across all operations and new operational start-up projects. Monitor implementation of the S\&H management framework with a focus on improving incident and occupational illness prevention culture. Manage the proper implementation of the Integrated Management System regarding ISO 45001 \& ISO 14001\. Define EHS training materials based on the Organization-wide EHS training plan. Collaborate with NQ\-H to define optimal S\&H solutions aligned with customer requirements (current and prospective). Monitor implementation of required S\&H and environmental regulatory guidelines for new operational start-ups (new sites and/or accounts). Actively participate in various organizational meetings where S\&H input is required.
