Central S/N, Fraccionamiento Las Américas Las Américas Ecatepec de Morelos, 55076 México, Méx. **Managerial Responsibilities:** Operations * Supervise proper opening, operation, and closing of the unit. * Ensure compliance with quality, service, and delivery time standards. * Guarantee execution of established recipes, portion sizes, and operational procedures. * Verify cleanliness, order, and food safety at the branch. * Monitor preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Administration * Control food costs, shrinkage, and operational expenses. * Manage inventories and place supply orders. * Supervise cash reconciliation, deposits, and cash handling. * Analyze sales and develop strategies to improve results. * MANAGE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs), such as: Monthly sales, Average ticket value, Employee turnover rate, Customer satisfaction, Operating profit, Operational visits\-audits People Management * Lead, train, and develop the operational team. * Control employee turnover. Customer Service * Resolve customer incidents and complaints. * Ensure a positive service and hospitality experience. * Supervise delivery platforms and digital customer support. * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related field * **EXPERIENCE IN RESTAURANTS/FAST FOOD** * 3–5 years of experience managing fast-food or casual-dining restaurants. Distinctive H knowledge and/or hygienic food handling experience. Experience managing work teams.
