A private security company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate and oversee security services at various assigned locations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting patrols, supervising operational personnel, ensuring compliance with client instructions and requirements, as well as providing training and follow-up to security guards. Responsibilities * Supervision and inspection of guards across various services. * Conducting operational patrols and site visits. * Verifying compliance with instructions and protocols. * Addressing and following up on client requests. * Training and feedback for operational staff. * Preparing reports and incident documentation. * Coverage and resolution of operational situations. * Maintaining constant communication with coordination teams and clients. Requirements * Experience in supervising private security operations. * Valid driver's license is mandatory. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Experience managing operational personnel. * Knowledge of report preparation. * Leadership ability and problem-solving skills. * Complete documentation.
