Position Summary: We are seeking a warehouse assistant and customer service representative to perform merchandise search, picking, and registration, as well as provide support and consultation to e-commerce customers in physical stores. Personalized online customer consultation DESCRIPTION Search and pick merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory registration and proper item segregation in the Click \& Collect warehouse. Support merchandise transfer requests to the store where the customer wishes to collect their order. Assist e-commerce customers, ensuring compliance with service protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact in the physical store and ensure timely handling of customer complaints and claims, resolving them effectively. Provide personalized consultation regarding promotions, offers, and delivery timelines to customers who request it for online purchases. REQUIREMENTS **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education (mandatory). * Prior experience in customer service, retail floor, warehouse, logistics, or similar roles. * Strong verbal communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. * Basic computer and/or mobile device proficiency. * Ability to organize merchandise and track orders. * Attention to detail and sense of urgency. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with mid-week day off. * Willingness to commute to the work location. * Professional appearance and courteous customer interaction. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet operational objectives. **DRESS CODE:** * Tailored suit or formal attire in dark tones. * White shirt or blouse. * Black shoes. * Formal and executive appearance.
