Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Specialization in Arthroscopy Sales. Preferably residing near the Naucalpan area. Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Residing near NAUCALPAN. **Responsibilities:** * Serve new customers: handle initial contact, collect data, and prepare quotations in BIND. * Serve established customers: register and track orders in BIND and Pipedrive. * Prepare quotations including technical specifications, commercial terms, and banking information. * Confirm orders after payment validation by Accounting. * Coordinate deliveries according to customer type (CDMX or out-of-town) and shipping methods. * Track logistics until final delivery confirmation to the customer. * Supervise delivery, payment, and return policies, ensuring adherence to timelines and conditions. * Record returns and warranty requests, documenting each case with evidence. * Review and confirm documents related to quality indicators. * Maintain constant communication on BIND, Pipedrive, and Drive Backorder platforms. * Coordinate tasks with Accounting, Logistics, and General Management departments. * Report special orders to the Purchasing department and follow up until resolution. * Update databases and status on digital platforms to prevent duplication. **Competencies:** * Emotional intelligence * Effective communication * Customer orientation * Organization and discipline **We Offer:** Competitive salary IMSS coverage from day one Year-end bonus and vacation bonus Vacation days as stipulated by law Food vouchers Job stability and an excellent work environment Work location: Naucalpan (at the level of Gustavo Baz) Position type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
