*DEPARTMENT STORE SURTIDORA INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS WORK TEAM AS:* **CREDIT EXECUTIVE (STORE FLOOR POSITION)** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To deliver excellent customer service by managing and following up on requests, complaints, and inquiries related to SD credit, as well as delivering credit cards, updating customer information, and offering additional products—such as insurance—to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize credit management within the parameters established by SD. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Unrestricted. * Education: High school diploma. * Computer proficiency. * Knowledge of credit systems, customer service, and client support. * Skills in persuasion, communication, teamwork, patience, and collaboration. * Charisma and exceptional customer interaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Follow up on customer complaints, requests, and inquiries regarding SD credit, ensuring high-quality service and customer support. * Physically deliver SD cards—whether newly issued or replacement cards. * Update customer/biometric information (upon request). * Generate and issue "purchase vouchers" when customers do not present their physical card. * Cancel customer accounts/cards (upon request). * Request account reactivation (where applicable). * Negotiate cash loans (amount and term) with Surticash’s customer base, followed by voucher issuance. * Persuade customers to purchase SD insurance. * Review the credit line increase reports provided by the Financial Analysis Department. * Assist in organizing and displaying merchandise, installing/removing sensors, and preparing requests. **WE OFFER:** * Base monthly salary of $9,451.20 (paid biweekly). * Monthly punctuality and attendance bonus of $945.00 (paid on the 15th). * Monthly tourist zone bonus of $2,000.00 (based on store performance target; paid on the 15th). * Monthly cash loan bonus ranging from $500.00 to $2,500.00 (paid on the 15th). * Monthly food vouchers worth $945.00 (paid on the 30th). * Complimentary uniforms. * 40-hour workweek with two days off per week (subject to change). * Rotating schedules from Monday to Sunday (changes occur weekly). * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (food vouchers, savings fund, SD Protection Insurance, in-store discounts, 20% employee discount). **We value committed and passionate employees.
