Join this company as an Events Coordinator for ACTIVATE * Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination. * Knowledge of supply requisition and vendor communication. * Existing client portfolio is a plus. * Customer service orientation * Strong verbal communication skills * Intermediate English * Ability to work under pressure * Passion for entertainment * Ensuring that on the event day all committed content and advertising obligations are fulfilled * Serving as the primary point of contact for customers in resolving situations before, during, and after events. * Responsible for generating event documentation and event folders for future reference. * Always supporting and collaborating closely with the team.
