Main responsibilities * Serve customers in person, by phone, and through digital channels. * Provide information about auto glass, windshields, auto parts, and available services. * Quote products and services according to customer needs. * Follow up on orders, warranties, and deliveries. * Resolve customer inquiries, clarifications, and service-related issues. * Coordinate appointments or installations when applicable. * Maintain updated records of customers and sales. * Assist with administrative tasks and basic inventory control. * Promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Job profile * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent customer service attitude. * Ability to solve problems and work under pressure. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic computer and administrative system proficiency. * Experience in sales or customer service (preferred). * Basic knowledge of automotive parts or auto glass (desirable).
