Company dedicated to design and construction is seeking an Architect with experience in drafting and modeling executive projects in Revit. Specific responsibilities: * Generation of information in AutoCAD and Revit including documentation * MEP modeling * Coordination of information in Revit and Navisworks (desirable) * Detect possible inconsistencies or missing elements in the project to be executed. * Creation of 3D modeling, drawings, details, quantity takeoffs. * Proficiency in rendering software. * Architectural design, interiors, and finishes. * Identify and address priorities according to the requirements of various projects. * Plotting of drawings, printing of documents, and delivery of information. * Client interaction and attendance at project development meetings. We require candidates to have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience working on BIM architecture projects.
