B2B Sales Manager

A company focused on spaces designed for corporate experiences, business events, training sessions, and team integration activities. Currently seeking to strengthen its commercial strategy to expand markets, increase repeat purchases, and professionalize its sales department. **Position Objective** Design and implement a creative, aggressive, and results-oriented commercial strategy that enables: * Opening new business lines. * Increasing repeat purchases and customer retention. * Developing new B2B and corporate markets. * Building and coordinating an external sales force through strategic alliances and commission agents. * Leading and coordinating the internal commercial team. * Doubling the company's current revenue level. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement B2B commercial strategies. * Prospect and develop new corporate accounts. * Generate a higher volume of leads and improve conversion rates. * Implement customer retention and repeat purchase strategies. * Coordinate and supervise internal and external sales forces. * Establish strategic alliances with commission agents and commercial partners. * Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after each event. * Conduct post-sales follow-up and strengthen long-term business relationships. * Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and sectors. * Monitor commercial KPIs and goal achievement. **Ideal Profile** **Experience:** * 4 to 6 years in B2B commercial roles. * Experience in business development and market entry. * Experience leading commercial teams. * Desired experience in industries such as: * Corporate events * Hospitality * Event venues * Team building * Corporate training * Meetings industry * Corporate experiences Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
